sass is developed based on the Ruby language, so you need to install Ruby before installing sass. (Note: Ruby does not need to be installed under mac!)
To install SASS under the window, you first need to install Ruby, which can be downloaded from the official website . During the installation process, please check Add Ruby executables to your PATH to add it to the system environment variable. As shown below:

ruby -vAfter success, there will be a corresponding version number.
Then execute this command to install sass gem install sass
