I need to draw a few circuit diagrams recently. I wanted to install protel99se, but I always feel that the software is too old, so forget it. Recommended by the lab brothers, I downloaded Altium Designer. The following is the tutorial record of installation and cracking.

Install
1. Unzip
The downloaded file is about 3.4GB. After decompressing it once, it becomes a 6.3GB iso file. After decompressing it again, it becomes a folder.
2. Click AltiumInstaller.exe to install
3. Enter the installation interface, click next
4. Select Chinese and accept the installation agreement, click next
5. There is no need to change here, the default is the path to install the source file (at the beginning, I thought that I chose the path to install, and the change was wrong). click next
6. In the place to be installed, create two new folders, then select the corresponding paths respectively, and click next
7. Install and wait (it took me 25 minutes)
8. Start the program, a warning appears (parallel port driver does not support 64-bit system), now the computer generally has no parallel port, you can ignore it, tick it, and click ok. Does not affect software operation
9. It is found that a progress bar appears, and the relevant content is loaded
10. It is found that there is a red warning, and it cannot be used normally.
And it can be found that the new file cannot be created, and the options are all gray and cannot be clicked. It needs to be broken down
crack
1. Close the software first, and copy the CRACK folder in the initial unzipped folder to the desktop (you can delete it after cracking)
Open the CRACK folder, and the files needed for cracking are as follows
2. Replace the DXP file
Copy the DXP file in the first folder to the Altium installation path. You will find that there are also DXP files in this path, and you can replace them.
If the path is forgotten, you can right-click the software icon and click Properties to view the path.
3. Click Registration File Generator
Choose a configuration file
4. After the configuration is complete, click the option button on the right to save the generated registration file, and the file name can be chosen by yourself.
5. There will be a prompt when the file is generated, and you can see the file in the folder.
6. Re-open the Altium Designer software and load the alf file just generated into the software
7. In this way, the software can be used, and you will find that the original gray options are now black and can be selected.
Chinese switch
When I installed it before, I chose to install it in Chinese, but when I opened the software, I found that it was changed to English. It can be done as follows
Click the DXP-->Preferences tab in the upper left corner of the software to modify the Localizations.
After saving the settings, reopen the software and you will find that the modification is successful.
