1. When installing Rational Rose2003, when you need to select the installation item, only select Rational Rose EnterPrise Edition, no need to select other items, and then select "DeskTop Installation from CD Image", all the way to the next step. Mem_pointer_Bad error appears, click OK to continue;
2. After installing finish, close the pop-up Rational License Key Administrator wizard and other windows. If there are error boxes connecting to the FLEXlm License Server , close them as well.
There will be a Mem_pointer_Bad error during installation. The reason should be that a function cannot be run due to security level issues. Just download a SHW32.dll and replace it with ../Rational/Rose/SHW32.dll. (Note: This method can avoid error reporting, but it may also cause Rose's new project to report an Automation error, so this method is basically invalid... Let him report an error! 囧)

3. After installing Rational Rose Enterprise Editon, open the rose2003crack.rar compressed package, which contains four files, namely flexlm.cpl, license.dat, lmgrd.exe, rational.exe.
4. Open the license.dat file with Notepad, about the middle of the file:
SERVER MICROSOFT ANY
DAEMON rational "C:\Program Files\Rational\common\rational.exe"
Modify it to: SERVER computer name ANY DAEMON rational "Your own installation directory\rational.exe", save.
5. Copy the three files, license.dat, lmgrd.exe, and rational.exe to the following installation directory\rational\common\.
For example: if the default is: C:\Program Files\Rational\common\ directory.
6. Copy flexlm.cpl to the C:\Windows\system32 directory.
7. Enter the control panel, an icon will be added at the top of the control panel, namely FLEXlm License Manager, open it, and write the directory on the right side of lmgrd.exe in the Setup page as: C:\Program Files\Rational\Common\ lmgrd.exe (if the default installation directory)
License File右侧目录写为：C:\Program Files\Rational\Common\license.dat 点击“应用”。
8、回到Control页，点击Start，若出现"Server Started"，则表示已经成功，可以点击Status,若状态为：计算机名：license server UP(MASTER)则成功。
9、这时可打开安装的Rational Rose Enterprise Edition，若还是出现Error，则打开Rational License Key Administrator ，点击工具栏中的第一个工具（Start WIzard）,点击下一步，在Server Name中的名字改为自己的计算机名，port可以不输，能进入下一个管理窗口并且没出错提示，就代表license server配置成功，Rational的产品应该可以运行了。
10、直接将汉化包安装在rose的目录中，重启软件，就可以看到啦啦啦~~~
