This book is a book written by Dr. Shi Liang based on his work experience in Microsoft, a lot of research and thinking on testing. More than a year ago, I read this book in my spare time, and combined with some knowledge in the book, I practiced defect reports, test documents, test models and test management. It is precisely because of the test concept of this book, I pay more attention to test documents, and put forward more document requirements for our test team, such as test process record sheet, test case execution data retention, test result archiving, etc. We use SVN tool for centralized document management, and it has played an important role so far. It has a huge effect; for the test model, I have accumulated a number of test models to guide the test from the initial understanding, gradual learning, and successful application. The understanding of the product is deeper, and the efficiency of test execution is also greatly improved. Improve; when it comes to rapid testing in testing technology, we have also conducted research and promotion, and it has been successfully used in daily work with small results; in terms of team management, we have gradually formed the values and team building concepts of the testing department. The work is harmoniously coordinated, and the task assignment, evaluation and review system is gradually improved; in terms of personal management, we adhere to the weekly group meeting and weekly summary. Strive to become an expert in the industry.
This is the second time I have read this book, and every chapter in the book is very cordial. I will rethink and organize the reading notes of this book and share them with the members of our testing department and those in the testing industry. Colleagues, I hope to help everyone.
