1. How to add pictures and text

Find "My" → "Merchant Service" → "Store Printing" in the mobile phone software, upload the prepared picture to the software background (Note: the width of the picture is 384px, and the height is unlimited), and then select the position where the logo is displayed [header part], [bottom].
First demonstrate adding a logo to the [head].
The head logo is added with a small ticket printing effect diagram, which is only for appreciation.
Then add the demonstration logo to the [bottom], and just pass a picture.
The logo at the bottom adds a print rendering of the receipt for appreciation only.
2. How to enable automatic order acceptance and chargeback reminders

Enter the merchant account and password to log in to the food delivery platform, find "Automatic Order" on the merchant information page, turn on the switch, and the system prompts that the activation is successful.
When a customer places an order on the takeaway platform, the printer will automatically print the order.
Find "Order Notification" on the business information page, turn on the switch, and the system prompts that the order notification is turned on successfully.
When a customer returns an order after placing an order, the printer will automatically print a refund reminder.
