The official account does not provide a file upload function. We can make the file into a QR code, add a QR code picture to the official account article, and realize the function of long pressing to recognize the QR code to download or view the file.
In WeChat, files cannot be downloaded directly, and some files can be opened directly in WeChat, such as Word, Excel, PPT, and PDF. If the official account has the permission to add hyperlinks, you can use hyperlinks to achieve it, but the threshold for opening hyperlinks is relatively high, and you need to set up a website at the same time, which is costly.
We can use a small program to achieve this. Long press the QR code in the article to open the small program to download the file.
Steps:
1. Open the file QR code website (https://m.wzfj.cc).
2. Click the upload button, select the file to be uploaded from the file, and upload it to the website.
3. If you need to upload multiple files, you can click the "Continue to add" button to add more files.
4. After the file is added, click the "Generate QR Code" button and wait a moment for the QR code to be generated.

5. Click "Download Image", you can save the QR code to your computer, and then add it to the official account article. Use WeChat to scan or WeChat long press to identify, and the file page will open:
PS: When there is only one file, open the file download page directly. If two or more files are uploaded, open the file list page, click a single file, and it will jump to the file download page.
6. After the upload is complete, refresh the page to view the newly generated QR code record, click the edit button to modify the file title, and replace/delete the uploaded file.
common problem:
1. Support upload file format.
Supported file formats: Word, Excel, PPT, PDF, compressed files, audio files, text files, etc. WeChat supports opening the first four files (Word, Excel, PPT, PDF) directly. After downloading other files, you need to use third-party applications to open them.
2. Upload file size limit.
A single file can be uploaded up to 50M, and the number of files is unlimited. In order to ensure the fan user experience, the uploaded file should not be too large, so as not to be able to open the file due to poor mobile phone performance of some users.
3. How long is the file kept?
Files are stored in cloud space and are always valid. The administrator will regularly check the files, and if the contents of the files do not comply with the regulations, they will have the right to delete them without notification.
