1. Uninstall SQL Server 2008 (R2)

2. Click "Uninstall a program" under the program category
3. Find our target "Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2" in our own program list, right-click and select "Uninstall"
4. Click the "Delete" button
5. If the above picture appears, restart the computer, and then click Uninstall again.
6. Then according to common sense, the following picture will appear, click OK

8. Select all, then click Next

Second, uninstall and 2008-related components, Start - Control Panel - Uninstall a program. Right click to uninstall.
It will automatically close after uninstallation.
3. Delete the installation files in the disk (generally the database is installed on the C drive by default) in the
path "C:\Program Files" and delete the "Microsoft SQL Server" folder
Fourth, clear the registry
1. Find the PendingFileRenameOperations value in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SYSTEM\\CurrentControlSet\\Control\\Session Manager (look to the right) and delete it. and it's ready to install. Note, do not click the "+" sign in front of the Session Manager, it is not the thing in the "+", it is in the Session Manager.
1) "Start + R" on the keyboard can quickly enter the run, enter "regedit".
Find: "SYSTEM" under "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE" - "CurrentControlSet" - "Control" - "Session Manage" (see the right) to find the PendingFileRenameOperations value and delete it. and it's ready to install.
2、运行注册表,删除如下项：
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Microsoft SQL Server
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Microsoft SQL Server
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\MSSQLServer
3、删除user.config文件————C:\Users\自己电脑的名字\AppData\Local\Microsoft_Corporation\LandingPage.exe_StrongName_ryspccglaxmt4nhllj5z3thycltsvyyx\10.0.0.0\user.config
4、重新启动系统
5、重新安装。
SQL卸载干净。
