The first maintenance version of Swift 4.1, 4.1.1, has been released, and no detailed updates have been found yet, but the GitHub release homepage shows that this version contains 7824 commits . The official said that 4.1.1 mainly has changes on the Linux platform.
Swift 4.1 was released on March 29 , compatible with 4.0, with a few improvements, most of which passed the Swift Evolution process. This release includes updates to the core language, including adding more support for generics, new build options, and small improvements to the Swift Package Manager and Foundation frameworks. At the same time, significant progress has been made in ABI stabilization (Application Binary Interface), and it is expected that it will really be fully implemented in Swift 5.
