Swift 5.2 release

Swift 5.2 release, this version focuses on improving the developer experience, major improvements include:

• Improved compiler diagnostics (errors and warnings) and code completion

• Improving debugging reliability

• Improved process dependency of Swift Package Manager

• LSP and tools to improve SwiftSyntax

Language, Swift 5.2 implements the following language is recommended Swift Evolution process, these features may have a greater impact as a whole Swift ability functional programming languages:

• SE-0249 as a function of bond path expression

• SE-0253 type can be called a user-defined value

Swift syntax itself has also undergone some changes. By replacing protocol structure, SwiftSyntax  syntax of the API in the node hierarchy has been optimized. Therefore, the tree has now become faster access, especially when using SyntaxRewriter rewrite.
