[UE4] Animation event

Add an event notification to the animation, which can be used in the animation blueprint:

 In the animation blueprint, you can use "Try Get Pawn Owner" to get the controlled character instance

In the Controller, you can use "Get Controlled Pawn" to get the controlled character instance

In AIController, you can use "Get Player Controller" to get the player character instance, it seems that "Get Player Controller" can be used in many places
