2018 Software Engineering Seventh Assignment (Team 2)

1. Subject requirements

  • Please identify all stakeholders of this team project and post the findings to the team blog
  • Ask all team members to determine the outline of the demand survey for the target users, and conduct demand research. You can take various methods that you think are feasible, and publish the research process and results on the team blog.
  • Please identify and prioritize the features of the project
  • Please complete the project feasibility analysis according to the provided "Feasibility Analysis Report Template", please publish the report in the "Graphite Document", the specific operation method is Baidu, and the document link is published in the blog. For the specific method, please refer to this document.

2. All stakeholders of the team project

The stakeholder theory was gradually developed in western countries around the 1960s. After entering the 1980s, its influence expanded rapidly, and began to influence the choice of corporate governance models in the United States and the United Kingdom, and promoted the transformation of corporate management methods. . The reason for the emergence of the stakeholder theory is its profound theoretical and practical background. The key point of the stakeholder theory's foothold is that it believes that with the development of the times, the status of the owners of physical capital in the company is gradually weakening. The so-called weakening of the status of material owners means that stakeholder theory strongly questions the traditional core concept that a company is owned by individuals and institutions that hold common stock in the company.
After discussions with our team, we identified the stakeholders as young people who are unknowingly wasting their time. People always waste precious time unknowingly, and some people even waste time on purpose. Do people know that as time goes by, the rest of their lives are dwindling, sleeping less, eating less, bathing less, traveling less, playing games less often It is decreasing, the number of readings is decreasing, the number of watching movies is decreasing, the number of keeping a diary is decreasing and so on. This APP reminds people to cherish time through the continuous reduction of these times. At the same time, the APP has the function of countdown and schedule, which helps people remember events, remember time, and arrange time reasonably and efficiently.

3. Market demand research

According to the discussion of the team members, we finally decided to use the questionnaire survey to conduct market demand research. The questionnaires were released through promotion methods such as QQ group, QQ space, WeChat Moments, etc. So far, 157 valid questionnaires have been collected.

For this questionnaire, we have designed 11 compulsory questions, covering the direction of this demand research from the perspectives of memory problems, wasted time, and time planning. The following is the demand research report.

  • The first question is from a gender perspective, because people of different genders have different needs for APP. It can be seen from the pie chart that men account for a higher proportion of the survey respondents, which is in line with the gender ratio of our country.

  • The second question is from the perspective of age, because the APP we want to develop is mainly aimed at young people. It can be seen from the ring graph that young people account for a larger proportion of the survey respondents, which is in line with the age of the users of the APP we developed.

  • The third question is to analyze whether people remember the event clearly from the memory of the event. It can be seen from the ring graph that 70% of the respondents are not particularly clear about the memory of events.

  • The fourth question is to analyze whether people remember the time of the event clearly from the perspective of memory time. It can be seen from the ring graph that nearly 90% of the respondents are not particularly clear about time memory.

Cross-analyze the "memory event" and "time when the memory event occurred" to get the following bar graph

  • The fifth question is to start from whether there is a waste of time, and count the waste of people. It can be seen from the donut chart that 80% of the respondents were wasting time.

  • Question 6 starts from the length of time wasted and counts the length of time people waste.

  • Question 7 is from the time management software, whether people have ever used software management software. It can be seen from the donut chart that only less than 20% of the respondents clearly stated that they had used this kind of software, and nearly half of them said they had never heard of this kind of software.

  • The eighth question is to start from the rational arrangement of time, and count whether people can arrange their time reasonably. It can be seen from the donut chart that only one adult in the survey respondents clearly stated that they could arrange their time reasonably

  • Question 9 starts from getting things done on time and counts whether people can get things done on time.

  • Question 10 is to start from the role of the schedule, and count people's views on whether the schedule has a role. It can be seen from the donut chart that more than half of the respondents affirmed the role of the schedule.

  • Question 11 starts from whether people forget to do things and counts whether people forget to do things.

Fourth, determine the functions of the project

The APP only supports the android system for the time being, and the interface design is concise and clear, which is divided into two parts: user input and specific functions.
The user input part is the part where the user enters the date of birth; the
specific function part is the part of the software function, including "past (countdown)", "now (survival timing)", "later (schedule)" and "Future (Death Timing)" four parts.

Software function priority
past (countdown) high
now (survival timing) middle
later (schedule) high
future (death timer) middle
