1 Introduction

1.1 Purpose of writing

  The purpose of this proposal report is to clarify the detailed requirements of this project, for users to confirm the function and performance of the project, and to form a consistent understanding and confirmation with users, as the basis for further detailed software design.

  This document is for the reference of the Dilises team, teachers and teaching assistants.

 

1.2 Project Background

  Project Name: Official Website of Dilises Souvenirs

  The project is for users: the people of the whole country

  Project developer: 15th-level letter Ben Dilises group of the School of Mathematical Sciences of Guangdong Normal University of Technology

 

1.3 Intended readers and reading recommendations

  This introductory report is mainly aimed at the members of the Dilises team and users (including potential users), and introduces the user demand analysis of the website, including the questionnaire part, user scenario analysis, project innovation and benefits, market and competition.

 

1.4 Project Scope

  Nowadays, online shopping is more and more accepted by people and has become an important part of people's life; and local specialties are the business card of a country, region and city. When people go to a foreign country, if they want to bring some souvenirs, they always prefer local products. Therefore, the original intention of our Zhendexiu team to develop a website for Dilises souvenirs is to help people reduce time and space constraints, and combine with developed logistics, so that people can enjoy different places while sitting at home of cuisine. Of course, there are online stores that sell local specialties, but our goal at Dilises is to integrate local specialties from different regions, to avoid users needing to buy multiple local specialties in different stores and reduce their time consumption.

2. Analysis of user needs

2.1 Questionnaire (User Survey)

  In this survey, we collected a total of 68 valid samples, and the efficiency and completion rate of the collected data met our requirements. The following are the results of our survey data:

  Although people have a certain understanding of food, they do not know what the local specialties are and what the local cultural background is. Gradually, some traditional Chinese cultures are being lost. Our original intention of building this website is to expand people's understanding of food and understand the cultural implications behind it. According to the survey results, 44.12% of the people only care about the delicious food, but do not understand the cultural background of the food.

 

  In this society where information is transmitted quickly and cultural exchanges are frequent, people are more inclined to use simple and fast tools to understand knowledge. This question is actually investigating the way users understand food. The survey results show that 82.29% of users will use the website to make inquiries, which can be said to be the vast majority.

 

  From the results of the questionnaire, it can be seen that about 73.53% of the people are dissatisfied with most of the food specialty websites, hoping to have a suitable food website to solve their temporary needs. Most of the masses do not have an opinion on food, and most of them learn about food through the recommendation of others.

 

  The questionnaire shows that 88.24% of tourists hope to have a reliable way to obtain information about local specialties. Most people do not understand the local culture and local specialties after traveling abroad. It can be said that this is the driving force for us to create this website, in order to share the local food culture to tourists who do not know it, and help them get the information they want.

 

2.2 User Analysis

  The following are five types of users that our system is mainly aimed at:

  • Because they do not know the local specialties, they cannot share the joy of going out with their family and friends.
  • Due to the fact that the dialect cannot find the delicious food in their hometown, they cannot satisfy their homesickness.
  • Foodies who cannot share their food experience because they cannot find a corresponding food platform.
  • College students and office workers who have nothing to do during the holidays because they can't find good tourist food spots.
  • Usually likes to chat, likes knowledgeable intelligence powerhouses.

2.3项目创新点与收益(Approach and Benefit)

2.3.1创新点:

  为了满足客户的需求,我们的项目将分阶段完成以下四个核心功能:

  • 与其他特产网相比,旨在分享特产信息,弘扬中国文化。
  • 多接口实现,可以在小程序上使用迪丽瑟斯。
  • 智能AI推荐系统,基于用户喜好,主动为用户推荐特产食品。
  • 增加风险预警版块,食品,保健品查询。

 

2.3.2收益:

  通过调查数据分析发现,通过研究调查问卷的4、5、10题,去除一些不合理的答案以后,我们可以发现:

  • 85.29%的人通过网站来了解全国各地的土特产;
  • 23.53%的人通过书籍来了解全国各地的土特产;
  • 22.06%的人通过交流来了解全国各地的土特产;
  • 26.47%的人通过广告来了解全国各地的土特产;
  • 35.29%的人通过亲朋好友来了解全国各地的土特产;

  其中,73.53%的人迫切希望有一个能推荐土特产的网站,并且从问卷中可以看出,网站的预计使用率达到了75%,结合2.4部分,我们可以得出结论,我们迪丽瑟斯网站的收益还是非常可观的。

 

2.4市场与竞争(Competitors)

2.4.1市场:

  根据中国旅游研究院正式对外发布《中国国内旅游发展年度报告2017》(以下简称《报告》)。2016年国内旅游人数44.4亿人次,比上年同期增长11.0%。《报告》认为,总体来看,我国旅游国内旅游市场规模长期保持在15%左右的增长速度, 而家庭休闲度假成为2016年主要市场特征,休闲度假和探亲访友成为居民出游主要动机。2016年我国城镇居民的旅游动机主要以休闲度假及娱乐为主,占48.3%,观光游览占13.9%,而对于农村居民来说,休闲度假及娱乐也是最核心旅游动机,占到36.4%,,观光游览占6.4%。

  交通、餐饮及购物构成国内旅游花费主体。我国城镇居民2016年人均花费约1130.7元,城镇居民散客的花费构成情况是:餐饮费26%,购物费占18.9%。农村居民相对城镇居民旅游消费水平较弱,2016年人均花费约691元。农村居民散客出游的花费构成情况是:餐饮费26.8%,购物费占24.4%。

  而我们的迪丽瑟斯网站主要浏览人群是国内旅游的人群,而且休闲旅游和观光浏览的人会更多的选择我们的网站,如果我们宣传到位的话可能有10%的人通过我们网站来获取当地的特产,根据第六次全国人口普查,农村居民和城镇居民基本上各占50%,所以44.4亿*(48.3%+13.9%+36.4%+6.4%)/2*10%=2.33亿人会需要我们的网站,所以这是一个很有必要实施的项目,并且是符合大众心理的。

 

2.4.2竞争点:

  对于特产类网站的用户来说,他们想要的是,精准而又全面地获取所想要的信息,然而从目的上讲现有的中国特产网站及各大APP,商业性质过强,而我们的网站首要做的就是将用户迫切想要的特产信息展现给他们,让他们对我们的网站有所了解,有所推广;

 

  从信息上讲,迪丽瑟斯对中国土特产有所介绍,人们不仅可以吃到当地的特产还可以了解当地的文化,丰富了网站用户的文化生活,更有助于网站的发展;

 

  从功能上来讲,迪丽瑟斯拥有智能推荐系统,可以根据用户的兴趣特点和行为,对不同的用户,根据每一个用户浏览过的信息和搜索行为,据此对用户进行个性化分析,为他们智能推荐不同的特产,满足用户吃货的需求。

 

  从模式上来讲,我们的网站秉着信息交互的初衷,我们为用户提供了发表美食博客,提出相关问题,甚至相互讨论的各个模块,并借此实现网站数据库的自我完善。
