3.1 Introduction

With the development of the Internet, users' demand for information continues to increase. Question-and-answer websites or communities are the channels to obtain accurate information. At present, the representative works in China include Baidu Know, Zhihu, Soso Wen, etc. Their user volume and access The amount of information is very large. However, this information is often mixed with a lot of meaningless information, and the quality of the answers is not guaranteed. However, the emergence of question answering systems has indeed solved many problems for users, and people are more and more inclined to Get information in the website's question and answer system.

The Q&A community is a relatively open platform. Users answer questions through the mode of comments, and their comments can meet the needs of other users and achieve the purpose of knowledge sharing, but these comments are not necessarily what the questioner needs, and sometimes a user’s answer It does not satisfy the questioner's doubts. Based on this, we design a question and answer website. Compared with the traditional question and answer website, we provide a function that the questioner can recommend multiple users to answer. fields, and other basic functions.

Sixue.com is an online question and answer community where users share their knowledge, experiences and insights with each other. Users can solve their own confusion by raising topics on the website; they can publish their own study notes for netizens to refer to and learn; they can also comment and answer topics they are interested in. At the same time, the website will also recommend different topics or notes according to different user interests, and visitors can also see the more popular topics or articles recommended by the website.

3.2 Analysis of user needs

For learning websites, there are already many relatively formed websites, but none of them meet the needs of customers very well. In the process of learning using network resources, people often find that the functions of existing learning websites are mostly limited to shared resources and academic discussions. Moreover, when learners encounter problems in the learning process and want to seek help from relevant people in the industry, they often cannot solve them in time or get some relatively small results. In addition, most of this type of learning websites only have the function of assisting learning, and most websites have relatively simple functions, such as asking questions, only limited to Q&A, blogs mainly publish some articles, some may be for more professional articles, some Some may be more casual; there are other situations, for example, the teacher feels that it is very inconvenient to have no website where he can write questions in class, and every time he has to use someone else's website, and the questions given by others cannot be changed; For example, some of the answers from Baidu search are outdated or the answers you want cannot be found.

In this survey, we collected a total of 100 valid samples. Through the analysis of the pros and cons of the same type of websites, we obtained the statistics of the number of users of some commonly used learning websites (Figure 2.1), as well as the user's evaluation of these websites (part of which is shown in Figure 2.2, Figure 2.1). The above results are similar to our analysis.

Innovation:

Based on some existing question answering systems, we have made some innovations and improvements:

1. After the user proposes a topic, they can select 5 recommended comments in the comments, and the system will push them to display.

2. The system calculates the area of ​​expertise for the user according to the user's usage record and displays it (the user can turn off the display)

3. According to the user's use, the rating is divided. The higher the rating, the higher the credit of the user's comment.
