Pycharm controls font size with mouse wheel

File —> setting —> Keymap —> enter in the search box: increase —> Increase Font Size (double-click) —> select Add Mouse Shortcut in the pop-up dialog box
In the pop-up dialog box, hold down the ctrl key and slide the mouse wheel up at the same time.
