File -> setting -> Keymap -> in the search box enter: increase -> Increase Font Size (double-click) -> In the dialog box, select the Add Mouse Shortcut

Second, font Decrease
File -> setting -> Keymap -> in the search box enter: decrease -> Decrease Font Size (double-click) -> In the dialog box, select the Add Mouse Shortcut
In the dialog box while holding down the ctrl key and the mouse wheel to decline.
