When the computer restarts or the oracle service restarts, navcat connects to oracle and reports an error: ORA-12541:TNS:no listener (ORA-12541:TNS:no listener no listener)

 

In the Oracle installation directory, modify the following two files:

 

E:\app\admin\product\11.2.0\dbhome_1\NETWORK\ADMIN\listener

E:\app\admin\product\11.2.0\dbhome_1\NETWORK\ADMIN\tnsnames

Change HOST=localhost to: HOST=computer name

 

Start the service:
