Web version of heat exchanger unit process simulation software

Heat exchangers are general-purpose process equipment for heat exchange operations. They are widely used in chemical, petroleum, petrochemical, power, metallurgy and other industrial sectors, especially in petroleum refining and chemical processing units, occupying an important position. The operation and technical training of heat exchangers is particularly important in the whole operation training.
This unit is designed with a shell and tube heat exchanger. The 92°C cold stream (boiling point: 198.25°C) from the outside world is sent to the shell side of the heat exchanger E101 by the pump P101A/B and is heated to 145°C by the hot stream flowing through the tube side, and 20% is vaporized. The cold flow is controlled by the flow controller FIC101, and the normal flow is 12000kg/h. The 225°C hot stream from another equipment is sent to the heat exchanger E101 through the pump P102A/B for heat exchange with the cold stream injected through the shell side. The outlet temperature of the hot stream is controlled by TIC101 (177°C). In order to ensure the stable flow of heat flow, TIC101 adopts split-range control, TV101A and TV101B adjust the flow through E101 and sub-line respectively, TIC101 output 0%~100% corresponds to TV101A opening 0%~100%, TV101B opening 100 ~0%.
