When using Visual Studio 2015 to run the ASP.NET project, it prompts "Unable to start the IIS Express Web server" and fails to run, as shown in the figure:
It usually occurs after reinstalling the system, or the project is copied from another computer. The solution is to find and delete the ".vs" folder (probably a hidden folder) in the solution folder, reopen the project, and it will run normally.
