About time management

People want to save time from their usual lives, but the methods they usually come up with are themselves problematic. Similar to watching TV, record the show so you can skip 8 minutes of commercials every 30 minutes. If you watch two hours of TV, you can save 32 minutes. But the correct way is actually to watch less TV and save two hours of time directly.
There is always time, and no matter how busy we are, we still have time to do important things.
Not by saving time to create the life you want, but creating the life you want first, and then time is automatically saved.
A housewife was very busy and had a full schedule, but one day the basement was flooded. It took seven hours this week to deal with drainage, repair carpets, etc. But before that, if you asked her if she could exercise for seven hours a week, she would usually say that she has no time. You have no idea how busy I am.
So the key to time management is to treat the important things like a broken water heater.
Every minute spent is my choice. "I don't have time" usually means "It's not important."
