MyEclipse 2014
The Quick Access in the toolbar always jumps up and down, which annoys me, so I want to customize the toolbar, but window--> customize perspective is useless
I searched the Internet and found this answer, which means Help->Check for updates, then click Apply, and then restart MyEclipse.
The upgrade is complete, then restart

window-->Customize Perspective is valid
