Google Chrome is not responding. Restart now? Solution
Improper exit will cause Google Chrome can not start. Appears " Google Chrome is unresponsive. Restart now? " Error.
To solve this problem:
1. Hold down the Windows flag key (Alt on the left of the left) and R key to bring up the Windows "Run" window
2. Enter CMD, press Enter
3. Enter taskkill / f / im chrome.exe, press Enter
4. Re-open Google Chrome
