Secretly take a look at the internship salaries of major Internet companies

Now that the spring recruitment internship is in full swing, a friend just sorted out a wave of internship salaries in large factories and shared a wave:

Recently, it coincides with the golden three and silver four, which is a good opportunity to change jobs. Many people are looking for jobs at this time. I have seen a lot of salary summaries for school recruits or social recruits, but internships are still relatively rare.

On a whim, I made a salary summary for an internship by myself. The summary data comes from the small program offerShow and the news posted on Niuke.com!

The companies involved are basically well-known Internet companies, including: ByteDance, Ali, Tencent, Meituan, Kuaishou, Baidu, Didi, JD.com, NetEase, Ctrip, Bilibili, Xiaomi, etc.

1. Byte Beat

Let’s talk about the salary of the internship first. The technical internship is basically 400-600/day. There is no distinction between undergraduates and masters. Three meals are included. Taxi after 10pm is free.

Among them, afternoon tea parties vary from region to region. In Shanghai, there are mostly yogurt, fruit platters, and small bread. I heard that there used to be beef jerky in Beijing.

For housing supplements, it is 1500/month in Beijing, 1000 in Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, 800 in Hangzhou, and 500/month in other places.

It is worth mentioning that there are many byte interns, not to mention HR interns. In some HR teams, only the team leader is official, and the rest are all interns. . .

There are also many R&D interns, and 1/4 of some groups are interns.

I asked the product manager of our group, and the product manager intern on the byte side is 200/day.

2. Ali

Ali is different from Byte, Byte likes to recruit interns, whether it is daily internship or summer internship, but Ali prefers to recruit summer interns.

If your dream company is Ali, then I suggest you take the path of going ashore as an intern, which is much easier than going ashore in autumn.

Ali's internship salary is also very good, 350/day for undergraduate research and development, 400/day for master's degree, and 2K housing allowance.

One thing that is more humane is that Ali provides seven-day free accommodation for some students who arrive at work from other places, giving you a buffer period to find a house. This is a very good job.

3. Pinduoduo

Pinduoduo is very generous in school recruitment, often making 50W+ offers, and some SPs and SSPs can even reach 70-80W+. It is the company that I have heard of the most general contractors for R&D jobs.

In the recruitment of interns, Pinduoduo offers a high internship salary of 400-500/day, which is relatively high from what I have seen.

4. Tencent

Like Bytes, Tencent prefers to recruit interns. Daily internships can be delivered at any time, and summer internships start in March-April every year.

The official website says that the undergraduate and master internships have the same salary, 7000/month, and there is also a monthly housing allowance of 2K, and it seems that there are benefits such as transportation subsidies.

In terms of meal supplements, Tencent breakfast and dinner are free, but lunch is not free. Breakfast seems to be a buffet, and there is no limit.

Like Bytes, Tencent is free to take taxis after 21:30 pm, while Bytes is free to take taxis after 10 pm.

In addition, Tencent, like Alibaba, also offers seven-day free accommodation when they arrive at different places. Humanistic care is very nice!

Undergraduate and master's are the same, 7k per month, 2k housing allowance for one month, 5k gas package in the second month, and 2k transportation subsidy in the first month.

However, when I was making statistics, I noticed that some students who were interning in the goose factory said that they did not have 7,000 per month. On average, it was about 150 per day.

5. Meituan

The boiled water group is more stingy, and the daily benefit is free boiled water.

According to the intern, the undergraduate internship is 280/day, the graduate student is 300/day, and the monthly housing allowance is 1,500 and the daily meal allowance is 30.

Like Ali, Meituan doesn't like to recruit daily interns.

6. Baidu

Baidu is a bit different. It is said that Baidu is based on interviews and grades for internship wages, which is different from other companies.

Undergraduate students range from 250-350/day, with 300 in the majority, and graduate students between 350-450, with 400 in the majority.

In addition, Baidu's room supplement is 1600/month, and the meal supplement is 20/day. It seems that breakfast and dinner are included, and a taxi at 9 o'clock in the evening is also free.

7. Kuaishou

Kuaishou technical post undergraduate interns are 400/day, and test opening/testing is about 350/day. Master interns are 450/day.

Before Kuaishou was the same as Byte, there were room allowances, free three meals, and afternoon tea.

However, this year, the free three meals, room allowance, and afternoon tea have been cancelled. The three meals can be exchanged with a coupon, and the exchange coupons need to be purchased. This is actually no different from canceling the free three meals.

However, the internship salary of 400 yuan/day is indeed not low, and it can be about 8,000 per month.

8. Drip

Although Didi had some sensitive things last year, the Didi internship is also quite good!

240/day for undergraduates, 300/day for masters, 30/day for meal allowance.

In addition, taxis after 9 o'clock are free, and there is no room compensation.

It is said that Didi has cut a lot of business, not very busy, and the internship is relatively relaxed and pleasant.

Is Didi not considered a big factory? Hh, 240+30 meals for undergraduates and 300+30 meals for masters.

9. JD.com

Brother, this person can handle it. It’s really good to have something. At least dinner is included.

Jingdong internships vary in salary for undergraduates and masters, about 4500/month for undergraduates, almost 200/day; 5800/month for master students, almost 260/day.

In addition, breakfast and lunch are not included, and dinner is free after 18:50. It is unclear whether there is room compensation.

10. NetEase

The canteen of Netease Pig Factory is well-known far and near. It is said that many people go to Netease for internships to go to the canteen of Netease.

A group friend broke the news that the undergraduate technical internship is 5,000/month, the master's degree is 6,000/month, and the monthly meal allowance is 700;

A group friend broke the news that NetEase undergraduate design internship, 4000/month, 800 meal allowance/month.

In addition, the off-site internship provides a housing allowance of 1500/month, and a taxi after get off work after 8:30 pm is free.

11. Bilibili

Station B mainly recruits daily internship positions in Shanghai. After all, Shanghai is the base camp of Station B, which is not surprising.

Station B implements a different salary policy for undergraduates and masters, 300/day for undergraduates, 350/day for masters, and 15 meal allowances/day.

In addition, breakfast and lunch are not included, and dinner is provided for free after 8:30 every night, which is really a bit of a deduction. . .

It's okay to either provide it or not to provide it at all. What does it mean to provide it for free after 8:30?

A group friend added that taxis are free after 9:30 overtime.

13. Millet

Xiaomi hasn't seen much news, but according to a group friend, Xiaomi has a lot of daily internships and prefers to recruit interns.

The Wuhan Xiaomi technical post where he works is 6500/month for internship, 1500/month for housing allowance, 700/month for meal allowance, and the rest of the benefits are not much.

14. Ctrip

A friend of mine was doing front-end development at Ctrip, and she went to her to ask about Ctrip's internship salary.

According to her, Ctrip's technical internship positions vary in salary for undergraduates and masters, 4,000 per month for undergraduates and 5,000 per month for graduate students. In addition, they provide 1,000 per month for off-site housing and 20 yuan per day for meals.

The off-site housing subsidy means that students who are not in Shanghai can receive 1,000 yuan/month of off-site housing subsidy if they go to Shanghai Ctrip for an internship. If they are students in Shanghai, they cannot enjoy this benefit.
