After the graphics card is installed, the computer suddenly has no sound, and Baidu has tried many methods to solve it. Among them, the method to open the Realtek Audio Manager is more reliable, C:\Program Files\Realtek\Audio\HDA, open it in this directory RtkNGUI64.exe can open the audio manager, but after I double-clicked it, there was no response, and it finally failed to open, so I tried other methods.
1. Open the control panel and you can see it directly.
