What should I do if there is no sound after the Bluetooth headset is connected to the computer on a win10 notebook?

I have encountered this problem before, and then solved it once in a daze. Unexpectedly, I encountered the same problem again today, and this article records the solution to the problem.

I believe that everyone who encounters the same problem must have Baidu, but they have tried all the methods taught in Baidu, but they have not been able to solve the problem. Below is my solution to the problem.

1. First, right-click the small speaker, open the sound settings , slide to the bottom, and enter the sound control panel .

2. Check whether the device status of the Bluetooth headset is the default device.

3. Or directly check whether the playback device has a Bluetooth headset, and check whether the sound of this part is audible to the human ear .

 4. Then disconnect the Bluetooth headset and connect another Bluetooth sound device to the computer. If there is still no sound after connecting, the problem with the Bluetooth headset can be ruled out.

5. Open the device manager, right-click to select the option shown in the figure, and click Uninstall Device

6. After the following picture pops up, click Uninstall directly, do not check the box!

7. Then, still stay on the page of the device manager, at this time you will find that all the Bluetooth connected devices have disappeared. Don't panic!

Click "Operation" in the menu bar of the device manager, select the scan to detect hardware changes in the picture below, and then you will find that the Bluetooth devices are back, and the Bluetooth headset can also hear the sound !

Well, the solution is as above.

I speculate that it is because I often update the win10 system, hot chicken update! Spicy chicken win10!
