Open source internship is an online internship project jointly initiated by the openEuler community, openGauss community, openLooKeng and other units. It aims to encourage students to actively participate in the open source community and improve their practical ability in the actual open source environment. The community provides internship tasks and mentoring. After students apply for internships, they can receive tasks in the community. Each task they complete can get corresponding points. After the accumulated points reach the specified amount, they can obtain internship certificates and internship wages.
1. Internship salary
The credits for open source internships are based on the final admission of Pull Request (PR). Within the 6-month period stipulated in the internship contract, students can obtain the corresponding internship salary with points.

2. Internship certificate
60 points within the validity period of the internship within 6 months;
Find at least one mentor to write an internship review;
Submit an internship report.
If the above three conditions are met, the internship certificate and the internship report will be issued after passing the review.
3. Outstanding Intern Certificate
100 points within 6 months of the internship validity period. (must include tasks with a score of 20 and above)
Find at least one mentor to write a good recommendation review.
Complete the online public defense of outstanding interns (live broadcast).
If the above 3 criteria are met, and the public defense is scored by the judges with a score of 80 or more, an excellent intern certificate will be issued.
4. Bright open source experience
Participate in open source projects, become a contributor, add a dazzling touch to your resume, and improve your workplace competitiveness!
5. Open Source Star
Points are over 150 points;
At least 120 points and have published more than 3 articles related to the internship project on the openGauss public account or participated in an internship live lecture.
If you meet the above criteria, you can get the "Open Source Star" badge of honor, which will be displayed on the openGauss official website, and you will be eligible to participate in the selection of outstanding contributors to the 2022 internship. You will receive a bonus of 10,000 yuan.
How do I participate in an open source internship?
前往开源实习官网：https://www.openeuler.org/zh/internship/
（1） 完成测试任务；
（2）下载申请材料模板，按要求签署活动声明以及相关报名资料表；
（3） 将测试任务的pr链接与上述资料发到开源实习官方邮箱[email protected]进行申请；
（4） 组织方会根据所提交的资料反馈审核结果。审核通过后，签订劳务协议，用官方所分配的账号开始实习.
（1） 在openGauss开源实习指定代码仓：https://gitee.com/opengauss/opensource-intership/issues上查看任务，选择想做的Issue。每个任务只能有一个人认领，每人一次最多只能有2个认领中的任务。
（2） 在任务Issue下方输入命令 /intern-assign 领取该任务。并将个人简介、项目经验、想领取的Issue任务链接与该任务方案，发邮件至导师邮箱请求审核。邮箱标题：【实习任务认领-申请人名字】XXX（任务issue的标题）学生输入命令/intern-assign后，两周内没有发简历和方案给导师，认领自动失效，任务被释放。
（3） 导师收到邮件后对申请人进行评审，在该任务issue评论下通过输入命令反馈结果： /intern-approve 代表审核通过，学生成功领取任务,可以开始进行任务处理
/intern-unapprove 代表领取失败，该学生可再去领取其他任务。
（4） 如果领取后若无法完成，学生可输入/intern-unassign 放弃任务。
放弃超过3次，该账号将在一个月不能领取任务。
（1）任务处理完成后，提交pr，在pr描述里添加 #issue 编号;
（2）提交pr后在任务issue评论区输入 /intern-completed 命令，表示当前任务已提交，然后等待审核。
（3）跟进导师审核PR，PR被合入后，导师确认任务完成即在issue下输入 /intern-done 命令，issue关闭，学生获得积分。
注意：导师有不通过任务成果的权利，如学生提交的PR离实际所需太远，或未按时提交PR，可选择输入命令 /intern-fail ，不通过该任务，则无积分。

A1：开源实习面向全国范围内年满18周岁的全日制/非全日制在校学生招募，无专业年级限制，欢迎感兴趣的同学踊跃报名。
A2：在申请实习时需签署实习劳务合同，实习有效期即劳务合同上填写的实习有效期，为6个月期限，6个月期限内未满60积分则不能获得实习证明。线上实习时间管理相对自由，可根据自身情况安排时间，可提前结束实习。
A3：可以，但积分不能再用于领取证明和奖金，一年内累计到150积分可获得社区高校“开源之星”荣誉。
