Intern interview

Me: I graduated from a certain university, majoring in computer science and technology. I learned C language, operating system, database, data structure, linux, etc. during school. I have always won the three-good student award in school. I like reading. Hiring for software testing interns.
Mian: What do you think about business trips?
Me: I am very happy!
At that time, who knew what it meant to travel on business, the brain supplement should be to go to work in different places, full reimbursement for transportation, subsidies for business trips, the company rented houses, and eat, drink and play on weekends, which was equivalent to free travel.
The interviewer looked at me with a smile and said, "I basically understand your situation. I will give you an answer within three days. Go back and wait for the notice."
Then in the afternoon, I received a notification that I would take my laptop for an internship the next day. I finally sighed in relief and finally found a job.
Interview with a big bank
I have been staying with the project team, not knowing that my department will be dispatched at any time. One day, the test team leader said: "You are going to interview at a big bank, and you will work in the imperial capital in the future."
After more than 10 people came to the Imperial City, the person in charge here specially found someone to give us training and participated in a computer-based test, which is to write test cases, import them into the test management system, execute cases, submit defects, etc.
After the interview was postponed, a group of us ate, had fun in the imperial capital, went to the Great Wall, the Bird's Nest, Tiananmen Square, Wangfujing, the Forbidden City, etc. Finally one afternoon, the person in charge called and said that there was an interview in the afternoon. Everyone should play well and try to come to work in the imperial capital.
I came to the interview location with my resume. After knocking on the door, the interviewer smiled and said, "Sit down." I handed the resume to the interviewer's sister.

我：毕业于某大学计算机科学与技术专业，大三暑期开始实习，熟悉软件测试流程，熟悉oracle、Linux等
主要做银行系统，熟悉存款、贷款、卡、支付等业务，主要负责案例编写、案例执行、部署版本、重现生产bug、测试接口。
面：测试人员发现一个bug，开发人员说不是，这时你怎么办？
我：我让测试组长找那个开发人员修复bug。
面：这个问题回答的不好，你应该拿着需求文档，对照着上面的功能描述和开发人员谈。

我：让测试组长找开发人员聊，开发还坚持不是bug，测试组长去找开发组长，开发组长也坚持说不是bug
测试组长找项目经理，项目经理也坚持认为不是bug，最后只能找客户了。
面：你的情况我了解了，回去等通知吧。
别人都面了15分钟左右，我感觉自己也就用了2分钟。

After more than a year of outsourcing, I suddenly felt that I hadn't read the logs for a long time, and I almost forgot about oracle and linux. I met during the internship before the big bank changed jobs, and almost 0 interview experience.

first job-hopping interview
: First, introduce yourself, what projects have you done, and what positions have you assumed?
我：毕业于某大学，主要做银行系统，一枚软件测试工程师，熟悉软件测试流程，编写测试案例、执行案例、编写测试报告、评审文档、会使qc等，了解性能测试等。
面：说一下为什么离职？
我：公司是某二线城市的，目前在出差，想一直待北京，然后就离职。
注：原因越简单越好，不要扯闲篇，说加班太多、薪资低、与同事、领导之间不愉快等。说是非者必是是非之人。
面：说下软件测试流程？
我：首先需求分析，摘出测试点，其次编写测试案例、其次执行案例记录bug状态、出测试报告。
面：面试官看着桌旁有张A4纸，说一下A4纸的测试思路？
我：纸的质地：纸还是布；
纸的尺寸：标准A4尺寸还是32开；
纸的兼容性：铅笔、钢笔、中性笔都能写；
纸的类别：白纸还是草稿纸；
纸的安全性：是否含有毒物质；
纸的扩展性：是否能折叠；
纸的性能：吸油性是否强等。
面：嗯，还不错，缺陷分5个等级，分别用英文说一下？
我此时心中一万只草泥马在蹦腾，不就描述个缺陷么，还用英文，搞的自己跟外企一样，真是没有外企的命，得了外企的病。
我：致命、严重、一般、微小、建议；
面：Severity、Blocker、Critical（严重的）、Major（主要的）、Minor（小的）、Trivial（细枝末节），举个你遇到的缺陷blocker级别的，你不会不认识这个单词吧，你英语太差了。
我：。。。致命的：系统宕机；严重的：数据丢失；一般的：次要模块功能没实现；微小的：字号大小不一致；建议：界面问题。我的理解。
面：在你看来什么是缺陷，你为什么认为它就是缺陷？用自己的话总结一下。
我：实现了需求说明书中未提到的功能等。他说用你的生活描述一下，当时直接懵了，不知道是什么意思。其实我觉得还是参考《软件测试第二版》书中的答案，没见过比这更全的解释。
面：你认为什么样的缺陷算是严重的？
我：未实现需求说明书中的重要模块、系统运行死机、丢失数据等。
面：画一下缺陷状态的扭转流程；
我：缺陷状态分为：提出、无效、已分配、待验证、已解决。然后在纸上画了一下。
面：说一下你公司项目的架构是什么，最长的链路是什么。
我：终端机发应用服务器发数据库服务器，数据库返回值给应用展现在终端机。最长链路：手机银行—前置—支付宝—前置—数据组—主机。
面：如何删除一个表
我：数据库知识，因为在大行呆久了，所以忘记了数据库的增删改查，一直眨吧眼睛，忽然想到了drop。
面：drop 和trucate有什么区别？
我：drop是删除表结构，trucate是删掉表里的所有数据。
面：内连接和外连接有什么区别？
我：这个不太清楚。
面：你这个数据库知识很薄弱…
我：心想我会的你不问啊，偏偏问那种模糊不清的。
面：说说自己的优点和缺点
我：基础扎实、学习能力强、沟通表达能力强、今日事今日毕，缺点：不太喜欢和男士交流。
面：it界男人多；
我：我说的是私下，工作中还是积极沟通的。
面：说一下你精通哪门语言？
心想我要是精通一门语言，我不就干开发了么，我还在这跟你扯啥。
我：我很尴尬的笑了一下说我最近在学习python，
面：说下你做的项目中用到了哪些python函数。
我：还在学习中，没上升到项目。
面：我为什么聘用你，你会给公司带来什么？
我：我干活，你放心。

Loadrunner interview I
interviewed 2 performance testing jobs in the middle, mainly the loadrunner performance testing interview.
面：自我介绍一下，说一下做过哪些项目的性能测试？
我：毕业于某大学，2年性能测试经验，主要使用http、socket协议做了理财、基金、支付宝项目。
面：会写脚本吗？
我：lr有自带的工具录制脚本，录完我优化就好了，为什么还要自己写？
面：有些渠道交易是没有图形化界面的，就是需要写脚本。
我：哦，这样可以直接从日志里截取发送报文、接收报文，调试一下就好了。
面：说一下loadrunner的日志函数的区别。
我：。。。
面：我们小公司使的是jmeter，说一下参数取值有哪几种？
我：我只用过loadrunner，我说一下这个工具的取值，random、unique、occrounce
面：你做的socket项目用的是长连接还是短连接？
我：一脸懵逼，短连接，其实是胡说的，不过最后貌似对了。
面：遇到哪些性能瓶颈、怎么解决的？
我：磁盘交换率大99%，建议负载均衡；sql执行时间长，添加索引等；
面：负载均衡大家都知道。
面：你期望薪资多少？
我：13k
面：你凭什么要这么高，我看你也就会使下工具，代码一点都不懂，我们最高给10。
我：由于我想去学知识，就说好。
这时我才发现我不应该说话，俗话说便宜没好货，个人能力不行，才会在薪资方面让步。。此时最好沉默。
面：用过linux吧，如何修改文件，如何切换用户？
我：view打开，x删除，按esc，按i输入内容，按esc，最后按 ：wq！切换用户：su - 用户名
面：会写shell脚本吗？
我：摇摇头，不会。
面：你的情况我大概了解，3天之内答复，回去等通知吧。
之后就木有下文了，性能测试面试惨烈收场；有人说可以网上找性能瓶颈的问题，宝宝没做过不会撒谎编瞎话呀！
不知道现在的面试官是不是你云里雾里的把他唬住就可以，还是怎么样。找个头脑清晰的总比找说不清楚的好吧。
测试组长面试
面：你没带过这个项目，大概多长时间能上手，有过管理经验吗？如何带好一个团队。
我：带过一个小孩学业务，基本一个月能上手吧，我觉得管理者就是分配任务，带着大家把项目干好就行了。
本来嘛，一个测试组长难道还有给别人加薪升职的权利？总搞那些虚的有什么意义。
面：你以后的方向是什么技术还是管理。
我：我觉得即使作为管理者，你没有技术，手底下的弟兄不会服你的。我崇拜技术牛人，所以我说只想干活，不想走管理路线。
面：好，你的情况我了解了，回家等通知吧；

面：刚才题做的怎么样？
我：测试方面的题做的很好，开发题不会。
面：开发题不会正常，我们不需要写代码，逻辑思维最重要，不见得开发就好，还不是n多bug。
我：心想，嗯，三观和我的很合，说不定有戏。
面：为什么离职，你还想了解什么情况
我：离职问题已说过了，这里不再重复，主要做什么项目，数据库、linux这些能接触到吗？需要做性能测试吗？
面：这是自己公司的产品卖给银行的，数据库、后台必须都有啊，后期性能测试也会开展等。
我：相当满意，就这家了。
