Recombinant Protein A
Product source: Protein A is a membrane protein of Staphylococcus aureus, which has the ability to specifically bind to antibodies.
Product application: Protein A affinity chromatography column has become a widely used affinity column for antibody purification. It can separate and purify a variety of mammalian antibodies of different subtypes from ascites, serum and cell culture supernatant or cell extracts. Or genetically engineered recombinant protein containing antibody Fc fragment.
Non-antibody column purification: The product is expressed in Escherichia coli and obtained through chromatographic purification with a purity of over 95%. The purification process does not use antibody column affinity chromatography, which avoids the possibility of incorporation of irrelevant IgG into the product.
Storage and transportation
Storage stability: Recombinant protein A freeze-dried powder stored at 2-8°C, stable for 24 months; dissolve with PBS (pH7.4) during gelling, and use it now; if you need to store it, dissolve it in water at -20°C Save it below.
