2. Purchase an instance of non-fixed bandwidth, which can be converted to an elastic public network IP. (But this is not the case for most customers)

Public network IP can be converted to flexible public network IP.

3. Alibaba Cloud ECS EIP mounted to the new ECS instance method (unofficial)
We can change the fixed bandwidth billing ECS ​​instance to the annual and monthly ECS instance billed by traffic.
Step 1:
Go to the ECS console to increase and decrease the configuration, and select the reduced bandwidth configuration.

Step two: into a pay a fixed bandwidth


Step three: Switch to the public IP address of the resilient unbundling again . The IP of this instance has not changed, but the status has changed, and it has been converted to an elastic public network IP address.

Then go to VPC EIP and unbind

Step 4: Bind EIP
and then bind EIP to the instance you want to bind (such as the instance for snapshot recovery)

Select the ECS instance you want to bind.

Done! Simple?


Precautions:

1. The ECS instance must be running or stopped
2. If ECS has a public IP, you cannot directly mount a new EIP, you need to release the ECS public IP.
