After the November holiday of 2020, I mentioned the resignation with the leader and thought about the result for a long time. I stayed here for three full years and graduated one class of high school students.

For some reasons, the resignation process was hurried, and I didn’t say goodbye. I always felt almost meaningless. Let me say a few nonsense, which is a full stop. There is a diamond ring brand under HX that many people have heard or seen. There are more than 600 offline stores nationwide. In the past two years, it is the first in the diamond category of 618 and Double Eleven. Thinking about it this way, it seems that the several companies I have stayed in are relatively good in their respective business areas.

In the past three years, I have witnessed the process of its online marketing from 0 to 1, and then to the first. Although I am a programmer, at that time, development and online operations were all in the same center, despite the honors and bonuses. It's all other people's business, but it's nice to eat a cow.

I was called by my eldest brother to HX and joined on November 1, 2017. At that time, the official mall and Tmall flagship store had little amount, and there was an exam on Double Eleven, so I had a good night's sleep at home, the only time in three years. I heard that the eldest brother, boss Zhou, and Xiaowen had a big night that night, and the stage from 0 to 1 was really difficult. When everyone cares about traffic, it is too difficult to divide some traffic from the platform and grab some traffic from others.

When I first went to HX, I encountered a shameful revision of the official website, and the head of development was emotionally resigned at the time, and took leave without any transfer. At that time, I especially hoped that someone could talk about the business, but unfortunately there was no one, so I could only cross the river by feeling the stones. Fortunately, everyone else in the group is very responsible, and the system that needs to be reformed is relatively low. If there is a problem, it will be reformed directly. Finally it went online on time, which was great.

Later, it was a sweet show project, which used event prizes to lure users to post likes to win customers. The first event happened to be during the Spring Festival. As a result, someone praised it. I thought it was a system bug. I checked it N times during the Chinese New Year and didn't take much rest. I rushed back to the company on the seventh day of the day. I didn't expect it to be, it was paid for likes. After this time, I learned the importance of risk control.

The follow-up is the upgrade and modularization of the member center, the perfume project, the QR code of the store, the revision of the official website of the parent-child brand... There are too many, I don't want to run the account, just say a few big ones.

In 2018, because of the miserable perfume project, the China-Taiwan project was launched, which started in September, and the first phase of the project was launched in May of the following year. I have also experienced architecture design, system design, function development, and team management in this process. Each of them has many points worthy of summary. Set up a flag and summarize it in 2021. Otherwise, that painful experience It was wasted.

In fact, China Taiwan is a more selective company. For a company like HX that has more than N brands independently operating and docking with N multiple channels, it needs an IT system that can support this change. It’s just that the people in the company don’t know the value of it. Of course, they can’t be blamed at all. The system was done in a hurry at the time, there were problems in many places, and there were too few staff and insufficient resources in the later stage, and many problems did not have time to fix. Even so, It also supported the launch of the 0-based coupon marketing system that completed 3 complete e-commerce mini-program projects in 7 days during the epidemic. Therefore, even if it is a system with holes everywhere, it can't be replaced by a random system, not even a system of Yum. (Speaking of Yum, because I heard that after I left, I would switch to the middle station and use Yum's system. According to the survey results, it needs 300w, and it can only meet 50% of the functions.)

In fact, I have feelings for HX. After three years, I can take a few months off for overtime (unfortunately all expired). When I left, I saw that I didn’t pay much attention to the development of the system. Just now, I learned that I don’t pay much attention to online marketing anymore. It feels like she is moving against the wind now. After all, IT construction is the cornerstone of a company's development. Maybe all of us can't realize the painstaking efforts of big leaders. So, after thinking about it for a long time, let's leave.

During the handover, there were more than 30 pages in the handover document, two of which were 34 R&D projects that I was responsible for, and the rest were introductions for operation and maintenance. Very helpless, the transferee has not participated in these projects at all, and he despises these. The catalogue was originally intended to improve the transfer documents based on the questions he raised. As a result, they did not read it at all, so there was no way. But then I heard that for a long time, he couldn't start the project locally, which was quite ironic.

During the vacation, I had a minor operation and spent 17 days in the hospital. It was a period of time when I completely emptied myself in the past three years. I can also think about the gains and losses of the past three years, and I have gained a lot. Therefore, in 2021, no matter how busy you are, you must allow time for thinking.
