I. Introduction

Sig Mesh forms a large network with many devices. Including the gateway that assists the device to access the network , the executor node of the terminal , and the actual controller's mobile phone App, etc. What are their roles and what are their relationships?

Two, Provisioner (configuration node)

Three, Proxy (agent node)

Traditional BLE low-power devices are not directly compatible with the Mesh network. If we want to add BLE-enabled devices such as mobile phones to the Mesh network, we need to add a proxy (proxy node).

Four, Node (ordinary node)

All nodes can send and receive Mesh messages in the network, and can optionally support one or more other network features, as listed below:

LPN achieves this by establishing a Friendship relationship with Friend.
Friend Store messages sent to LPN. Only when the LPN explicitly sends a request, the stored message is forwarded to the LPN.
Help the LPN get the messages it missed during sleep.
Relay The ability to receive and resend Mesh messages through the broadcast bearer layer to build a larger-scale network
Proxy Ability to receive and resend Mesh messages between GATT and the broadcast bearer layer
