Enter safe mode:
1. Right-click on win in the lower left corner, and then click "Run".
2. Enter: msconfig, and click OK.
3. In the pop-up window, click the "Guide" Tab, then click the "Safe Boot" check box, and select "Minimal".
4. Click the "Apply" and "OK" buttons at the bottom of the window in turn.
5. In the pop-up "System Configuration" window, click the "Restart" button, and the computer will enter safe mode after restarting.
Exit safe mode:
1. Right-click on win in the lower left corner, and then click "Run".
2. Enter: msconfig, and click OK.
3. Click the "Boot" Tab in the pop-up window, and then click the "Safe Boot" check box to deselect it.
4. Click the "Apply" and "OK" buttons at the bottom of the window in turn.
5. In the pop-up "System Configuration" window, click the "Restart" button, and the computer will enter normal mode after restarting.
