The second week of the project:
1. The development of the key process requires a clear discussion of the overall process in advance, and the division of labor starts only when the project team members are clear about each other. Avoid unclear processes and interfaces that need to be docked, resulting in unsatisfactory progress and coordination.
2. Every weekly meeting needs to clarify with each member the task of this week, whether it can be accepted, and if it can't be completed, it needs to be put forward in time.
3. Try to avoid the need for project members to assist other projects. The project manager wants to shut me down, and the principle needs to be strong.
