The fifth week of the
project : 1. For the collaboration between project members, the project manager needs to strictly arrange the time node for completion and the time node for docking, so that everyone has a purposeful plan. It is also a solution for members to consider themselves, but the project manager needs to track the actual effect.
2. It has not been done according to the agile way, and the tasks and plans have not been arranged according to the daily stand-up. At present, only a weekly plan is arranged, and the mode of timely feedback on problems in the weekly plan is advancing. There is one drawback in 1.
3. The rationality of the task arrangement. The project manager needs to evaluate correctly. For example, if the main process is not open for completion, it is unreasonable for the testing side to do the verification of the whole process.
4. When the project scope is adjusted, it is necessary to evaluate the workload with key project personnel, such as important back-end and front-end developers. Assess whether adjustments to the project plan are needed. After completion, the relevant personnel of the project need to be notified.
