The project was originally planned to be closed on November 9. During this period, the project team needed to temporarily support on-site problems, which would take two weeks. After making a change application, the project will be closed normally on November 23.

R&D management:
1) Team members work together, have common clear goals, and have a harmonious team atmosphere. They are all actively involved in discussing and optimizing requirements and processes;
2) There are four rounds of testing for this project, only 28 appear BUG, on the one hand is the more stringent requirements of R & D self-test, on the other hand the project team members to learn from past experience, have raised the overall quality;
3) we hope to continue the follow-up to ensure timely completion of project tasks per week;
4) Try to sit together for the next important projects to improve efficiency;
5) The maintenance document testing department in the clinical phase should be continuously updated.
Products:
1) The testing work is meticulous, and timely feedback is provided for unreasonable requirements or doubts, which is conducive to better control of the requirements of the product, and the front-end modification and adjustment are also timely.
Development:
1) The audio and video module code has been sorted out, and it has been much more orderly, and the communication between team members is smooth;
2) The project operation process has been standardized a lot, and the documentation during the development process is complete and detailed.
3) The interface documentation provided by the backend has a clear and detailed description, convenient connection, and smooth communication with project members.
4) The requirements are clear, the documents are complete, the personnel are more concentrated, and the tasks are completed in a timely manner.
Test:
1) The quality of the R&D code is significantly improved, and the number of BUGs is small (28) and all are resolved.
2) It is hoped that the follow-up research and development can continue to improve the on-time completion rate of tasks, the time for submitting tests during the project process is as dispersed as possible, and the development and test plan arrangement is more reasonable;
Quality:
1) The quality of the output documents of this project is high. The project members prepare the documents carefully. The project manager (Dong Xianyun) is very responsible. When the project members do not complete the tasks on time, they will accompany them to work overtime to complete them.
2) When an on-site emergency task is received, and this task has a greater impact on project operation, the project manager must communicate with the person in charge of the R&D center to confirm the task arrangement as soon as possible.
