After joining the company, my daily job is to test the functions of mobile phones. There is no technical content. I think anyone who can play mobile phones will do this job.

All work is done manually, with more than a dozen machines every day, and the version is constantly updated. At that time, we had six days off and one day, and every day there was a prescribed version that had to be released, and we would often stay up until dawn with the development.

At that time, I wanted to learn this professional knowledge by myself, but I didn't have time at all. I was so busy every day, I didn't know what to learn.

At this moment, I was thinking, what's wrong with this little money?

It doesn't matter if you are tired. Young people can endure hardship, but the most important thing is that they can't learn any skills and live very impetuously every day.

Third, the first turning point

More than a year passed in this way, every day in the state of testing the phone and releasing the version in the middle of the night.

During this year, I have become more and more impatient, and I don’t know what I am going to do in the future and what I can do.

Suddenly one day, I saw the push test in QQ. No matter what, let’s talk first and try it whenever I have a chance.

Through communication, I felt that the company was pretty good, so I joined the company (the company I work for now). I was first sent to Party A to do functional testing by the company. Although I had to work overtime, it was not as serious as before. It was almost 9 o'clock in the evening every day. You can get off work.

Later, after the test project went online, it needed to be automated. It was implemented on the platform. Not at that time, so I just bought a book to learn, and I resisted it when others were playing mobile phones.

I force myself to study every day. The so-called God rewards hard work, and goodness is like water. I believe that my efforts will not be wasted, and the light must be ahead.

Fourth, the N+1th turning point

Fortunately, I met a good leader in the company. He saw all my words and deeds and my attitude towards work.

In March, the company needed to form a group of full-time automation teams. At that time, the department manager recommended me to apply.

After a month of training and assessment, only 2 of the 10 people employed in the department passed the assessment, and I was one of them. In this way, I moved from a functional test to an automated test team.

The so-called environment makes people, what kind of person you will become in what kind of environment!

The new team is very good. Many of them are experts in automated testing and performance testing. Of course, with such resources, I will not let it go.

In my free time, I often learn from my excellent colleagues, and if I have a task, I will try to do it. I just want to quickly accumulate project implementation experience and problem-solving ability.

Five, the company takes the initiative to raise salary

Looking back on this period of time, I turned away all entertainment and studied hard between work and the corner of life.

When my professional skills have been rapidly improved;
