example, in the following operation, my cuda10 environment was activated first, and then the screen
was activated. Then I activated the cuda10 environment in the screen session. I was unsuccessful in import torch.
Solution:
Before opening the screen session, do not activate the conda virtual environment first, and do not open the screen
