But occasionally I get flustered, no one mentions it, no one guides how to develop careers, read books to advance, and I am a little afraid of not having a good life in Greater Shanghai.
I usually read java books, wrote a website and tried it out. I learned the style of css and initially designed the overall system framework. It was only a year later that I found out that my writing was good and bad, and the database connection pool had serious concurrency problems. This is something later. Since I was completely new to the Internet, I couldn't operate or promote, the website was closed later. This is for the purpose of finding the next job and practicing.
By the spring of the second year, I still felt that I wanted to do java. The main consideration was that there was too little research on the technology of .net, but the java field was like a hundred schools of thought. I struggled for a while, and my salary was lower when I came in, so I resigned. Java is unfamiliar and unwilling to train. My programming language foundation is also the first in terms of performance. The plan was to go to a small company first, and then gradually go to a big Internet company like Shanda and Jinshan within 3 years.

In the second year, I did not succeed in interviewing several java companies. It seemed that I was not a graduate at that time, and I didn't have much practical experience in java development. I finally found an agent who was a POS machine and said that I wanted to do a payment system, so I joined this small company. There are not many things here. The leader is a graduate of Jiaotong University. In my 30s, I got to know spring, playframework, Dojo and the like from him. The front-end technology and java foundation have been further improved.
After participating in the company's p2p micro-loan system, I connected with Huateng's payment system to do some external management systems such as account checking. Huateng's things are unfamiliar, and the docking is very hard and annoying. The leader has also been entangled in the background management style, including the width of a button. I thought to myself that it won't work, it's almost 2 years.

In the third year, he resigned and went to UnionPay, where the technology was greatly improved, including oracle optimization, framework design, system performance, etc. But then I always felt awkward, as an outsourcing, you know. I'm not from 211 University, so I can't get a regular job. In fact, if you insist, you can still transfer it, I guess. Banks release the version several times a month, at 2 o'clock in the morning, which is really hard.

If you are optimistic, you can go to the physical store to buy it. This is very similar to Baidu's LBS service, but Baidu is not attentive, can't do everything well, and can't do it well. For the o2o mode, I also experienced it once. Once I wanted to buy an all-in-one computer. I saw a shop in Xujiahui on Taobao and asked the price. After I went there, I found that there were many similar ones around, and I finally didn’t talk about it online. Good to buy at this one. I mean this way o2o cannot do without online transactions. However, this time the website has also gained, combining the second company and UnionPay to form a framework of its own.


In the fourth year, I went to an e-commerce store for movie tickets and gifts. The technology once again greatly improved, including e-commerce business and spike architecture design. Like kafka, redis, mogodb, etc., it can only be used. Those English materials are really hard to understand, but I know the cache design, because the data structure has been mentioned, the disk hit rate is similar. In fact, the most important thing is the distributed cache, and the distributed database is more complicated.
If you want to improve yourself, you can buy books such as computer graduate students, combinatorics, optimization theory, and digital image processing when you have time. At this stage, they are usually just around the corner, unwilling to work for the boss. In today's society, the relationship between employees and bosses is a cooperative relationship. Then I usually go everywhere and observe the surroundings to see if there are any pain points. I have an idea to start a business, and I just let it go. After all, it is almost 4 years, and I am not a graduate high-tech talent, I can only ponder the road of self-employment.

创立这个网站,只是有一年五一回家,当时我半夜火车从上海到南京,到达后是早上4点左右。出了火车站车站大厅没到天亮,也就在玄武湖边溜达,天还是半黑的,星光点点,还有一丝凉意,花坛上也有好多人在缩着睡觉。我就在河边看几位老头甩杆钓鱼,蛮有趣的。鱼勾使劲得甩老远,杆子也有10几米长。然后就盯着闪荧光的标子,不一会一条细长的鱼拎上来。

天亮从南京回老家泗洪,不巧是站里边只有下午的票,而且71元,对于一个还没毕业的学生,感觉很贵。出大厅后黄牛带我去南边小桥那里有70块的车,我就跟去了,结果车票是40块,另外30是黄牛的费用,我亏大发了。便问周围的一个小伙子,他说每次都来这个点就行了,不用黄牛领,那车好像是挂名在车站的。


还有的车站出来的大巴车喜欢到处绕路带人,从上海出来,竟然到苏州,常州带人,市区又拥挤,而我最怕堵车,走走停停得晃悠,心里会恶心。


有次在大巴车上,长途车一般都是2个司机,没开车的那个不停接电话,老是有人问他在哪里接人,几点,票价多少,都恨不得有个自动语音回拨,哈哈。我倒是心里记下了这个。


如果有个平台能分享这些出行的信息,不仅能给我们提供便利,也可以给长途客运司机带来客源,自己运营一部分也是可以的。

所以我一冲动先创立这个网站,希望给各位生活带来便利。以后有政策改革就是正规买票在线付款,做互联网必须要有交易才能挣钱。

目前网站还没什么人气,我周末去过车站,看到车站门口站着好多黄牛一样的人问,到哪哪,上车就走。我是不想向他们推广网站平台的,我知道可以就像饿了么,淘宝当初一样,什么样商家都拉进来先充人气,然后再规范剔除,还能拉到投资。不过如果他们入驻的话,有客户用了这个的平台联系他们去坐车,不还是会发生我在南京那样经历,这不是我的初衷。

所以现在需要能够找方法让真正的旅客来分享信息,或者入驻的车辆要亲自坐过一次,审核下沿途是否有违规。
