CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Skyworks Aeronautics Corp. today announced that it has received a US$100 million investment commitment from Luxembourg-based private alternative investment group GEM Global Yield LLC SCS ("GEM"). According to the agreement between the two parties, GEM will provide Skyworks Aeronautics with a total of up to US$100 million in stock subscription financing within 36 months after Skyworks Aeronautics’s common stock is publicly listed. Skyworks Aeronautics will determine the time and maximum withdrawal amount of the financing on its own, and there is no minimum withdrawal obligation. At the same time that Skyworks Aeronautics shares are publicly listed, Skyworks Aeronautics will issue warrants to GEM, and GEM can purchase up to 3% of the company's common stock.
