1 product background
In traditional manufacturing, product design and manufacturing are separated. PLT file is a kind of electronic file specially used for inkjet printing and is widely used in engineering drawings. PLT drawings are the core products of designers. When the product needs to be produced, the drawing designer delivers the PLT electronic file to the manufacturer, and the manufacturer prints and processes the product according to the drawing. After the PLT drawings were delivered, they were completely out of control. Manufacturers can disseminate, edit, and modify PLT electronic files at will. If a conscious or unconscious drawing leak occurs, it will bring huge economic losses to the drawing designer. Based on this scenario, the PLT drawing outsourcing control system came into being. Under the protection of the system, PLT drawings can limit the manufacturer's use of PLT files, the number of uses, etc., prevent the illegal spread of PLT drawings to third parties, and effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of the designer of the drawing.
2 functional characteristics
2.1 Transparent encryption of drawings
The drawings are encrypted by the outgoing control system. The computer installed with the outgoing control system client can use the drawing file normally, and the computer without the outgoing control system client can not open the drawing file. Effectively prevent manufacturers from spreading documents. The client only parses the outgoing drawing files that have been encrypted. For drawing files in plaintext state, the client will not enforce encryption, which is effective for incorrect encryption of non-outgoing drawing files. The encryption algorithm adopts the AES algorithm with a high-strength 256 -bit key .
2.2 Permission control
The outgoing control system supports 7 authorization control functions. Each function will be described in detail below.

Open limit
Limit the number of times the drawing file can be opened on the client.

Validity period control
Limit the use period of drawing files on the client.

Machine code binding
Limit the computers that open the drawing file. Only allow access to drawing files on a specific computer.

Print control
Control the printing function of drawing files.

Read-only control of drawings
Prevent users from editing and modifying drawing files

Save as control
Prevent users from saving files in other formats through the Save As function.

Export prohibited
Prevent users from exporting files to other formats through the Save As function.
2.3 Permission inheritance
When the user is allowed to use Save As, the system encrypts the new drawing file and assigns the control authority of the current file to the newly stored drawing file to ensure that the new file is also under effective control.

1. 软件打开之后，是否会影响到其他软件正常工作？
不会。系统基于TTEFS透明加密内核开发，能精准控制各类应用，不会影响其它软件。

可以。系统可识别加密之后的文件。
3. 加密的PLT文件，是否只能够导出PLT格式？
是的。如果图纸文件允许另存，用户只能将文件另存或导出为PLT格式

可以。目前支持爱科的机床控制系统。其它厂家的控制系统需要新增策略。
6. 加密的PLT文件，导出的PLT文件是否也是加密的？
是的。系统监视了PLT文件的导出操作，并且将导出的PLT文件也加密。
7. 导出的加密PLT文件，是否继承了相同的权限？
是的。系统内置权限继承功能。新PLT文件将继承原始PLT文件的权限。
8. 导出的加密PLT文件，是否可以输入正常使用？
可以。导出的PLT文件处于加密状态 并且可以正常使用。
9. 重启电脑，服务是否自动启动，能否正常工作？
是的。应用程序被配置成操作系统启动时自动加载。
