1 Product background
With the continuous deepening of enterprise information application, communication and collaboration between enterprises through electronic files has become increasingly frequent. In the process of collaboration, companies need to share electronic documents with partners. Some electronic documents are important data assets for enterprises, such as design drawings in manufacturing. Once such data is shared with partners, there is no way to control the use of electronic documents by the partners. How cooperators intentionally or unintentionally spread electronic documents will bring huge losses to the enterprise.
DwgLocker is an encrypted outgoing control system for Dwg and Plt drawings. It can effectively restrict the operation authority of the partners to use such electronic documents, and maximize the protection of the enterprise's electronic assets from loss without affecting collaboration.
2 Features
2.1 Function list
Data encryption-file data is always stored on disk in cipher text.
Open count control-control how many times a file can be opened
Print count control-control the number of prints available for a file
Validity period control-the control file can be used within a certain legal period of time. The file cannot be opened before or after the expiration date.
Expired deletion control-If opened in an illegal time period, this document will be automatically deleted.
Prohibit modification of files-Collaborators are prohibited from modifying the contents of files
Prohibit copying to clipboard-Prohibit collaborators from copying the contents of the file to the clipboard.
Prohibit drag and drop of content-prohibit collaborators from dragging and dropping the content of the file out of the content window.
Prohibit Save As-Prohibit collaborators from using the Save As function.
Bind to computer-only a specific computer can open the target electronic document. Controlled by computer ID number.
Bind to a USB flash drive-only when the file is stored in a specific USB flash drive can it be opened. Controlled by U disk serial number.

3 Technical principles
l ApiHook technology
