HXU1861 series UHF RFID reader/writer|card reader|all-in-one serial port and related parameter setting operation instructions and guide

UHF reader parameter setting interface operation

1 . Open the serial port

Before opening the port, please connect the reader to the serial port and antenna correctly, and then turn on the power. select

(1) Automatically open available ports:

When the address of the reader is equal to FF, it is a broadcast mode, and all readers connected to the serial port will respond.

When the reader address is equal to other values, such as 00, the reader whose address is 00 in the reader information will respond.

Point , if a reader is connected to one of the computer COM1~COM9, the demo software will communicate with the reader through the connected port at the specified baud rate , and you can see that the connected port is in the open port, such as: otherwise

(2) Open the designated port:

Click , the demo software will search the reader through the designated port at 9600bps, 19200bps, 38400bps, 57600bps, 115200bps, and you will see

otherwise

(3) Select the port to be operated:

When a computer is connected to multiple readers and a demo software opens multiple ports, one port corresponds to one read/write

Device, select the port to be operated is selected to operate the reader, the bottom right

2 . Open the network port

Select before opening the network port

Find the IP and communication port number of the device through the TCPIP configuration page.

(1) Enter the IP address and port of the device

(2) hit the button , to control communications on or off.

3 . Reader parameter settings

(1) The new reader address to be set. This address cannot be 0xFF. If it is set to 0xFF, the reader will return an error message.

(2) Set and save the output power configuration of the reader.

(3) Choose the working frequency band of the reader. Different frequency bands have different frequency ranges.

(4) Set the upper limit frequency and lower limit frequency of the reader's work. For different places, the radio requirements are different. The user can select the sensitive frequency range of the inquiry tag according to the local situation. For single frequency point operation, you only need to select the same value for two frequencies. For frequency hopping operation, just set a different value.

(5) Set the baud rate of the reader, the factory baud rate is 57600bps.

(6) Set the maximum response time of the reader's query command, that is, when the demo software sends the query command, it does not receive the reader's response, and waits for 10*100ms and there is no response, then exit the waiting.

4 . Working mode parameter setting

(1) Wiegand parameter settings:

    <1> Wiegand 26, 34 selection.

    <2> Wiegand output format selection.

<3> Set the minimum interval time for outputting Wiegand data, that is, the interval between two groups of Wiegand data is at least 30*10ms.

<4> Set the Wiegand pulse width, that is, the pulse width is 10*10us, and the pulse width is related to the Wiegand protocol.

<5> Set the Wiegand pulse interval time, that is, the pulse interval is 15*100us, and the pulse interval is related to the Wiegand protocol. The pulse period is pulse width + pulse interval.

(2) Working mode setting:

Note: This group of parameters is invalid in response mode, and only valid in active mode and trigger mode.

<1> Set the protocol supported by the reader in active mode. Selecting the reader will only be able to operate on tags that support the ISO18000-6C protocol; selecting the reader will only be able to operate on tags that support the ISO18000-6B protocol.

<2> Set the output mode of the reader in active mode. When selected , the reader will output the read data through RS232/RS485. Click to see the data returned by the reader from the display column on the left .

<3> Set whether there is a buzzer sound when the reader reads data in active mode.

<4> When selected , that the selected reader supports ISO18000-6C protocol, to operate these. Set which area of the tag to be read by the reader or query the EPC number of multiple tags. If the data area to be read is protected by a password, it cannot be read.

<5> Set the starting address of reading and the number of words to be read. One word is two bytes.

Start address (hexadecimal): When selected , that is, the selected reader supports ISO18000-6C protocol, 0 means reading from the first word (the first 16 bits of the corresponding storage area), and 1 means reading from the second Start reading each word, and so on; when selected , that is, the selected reader supports the ISO18000-6B protocol, 0 means reading from the first byte (the first 8 bits of the corresponding storage area), and 1 means reading from the second Start reading every byte, and so on. If the "start address + number of words read" is greater than the address of the data that can be read in the corresponding storage area of the tag, the reader will not be able to read the data.

Number of words read (decimal): when selected

, , , The reader interrogating the tag of the EPC number, regardless of the starting address and number of words read; When selected , the read word 2 is fixed, can not be set at this time if the "starting address + 2" larger than the label Store the address of the data that can be read in the corresponding storage area, the reader will not be able to read the data.

<6> Set the start address bit for reading, one word is two bytes.

(3) Get working mode parameters: Click this button to get Wiegand parameters and working mode parameters of the reader.

(4) .Set the EAS test accuracy. The default is 8.

(5) . Set the Syris485 response bias time. The default is 0.

(6) .Set or read the effective time in trigger mode.

(7) , here is used to control the status of 2 relays of the equipment.
