The agreement further promotes JFrog's vibrant partner ecosystem. The ecosystem is built on the principle of "widespread cooperation to avoid failure", which has been the cornerstone of JFrog's development since its establishment. Our top priority is to streamline, automate and simplify the way the DevOps team works, and pursue a partnership with Docker, which has always been the core value of JFrog.
The first milestone of the partnership is to provide developers using the cloud platform JFrog Artifactory (our general software product management solution) with unlimited, high-performance access to Docker Hub and Docker official images to simplify Cloud native application development.

2. Background review
Last year, Docker announced a new consumption-based policy for container images extracted from Docker Hub. Specifically, anonymous free users are limited to 100 pulls every six hours, while authenticated free users are limited to 200 pulls every six hours.
Millions of users in thousands of companies, including Fortune 100 companies, host and manage their software products and container images in JFrog Artifactory. These JFrog customers often synchronize container images hosted on Docker Hub. After the introduction of the new regulations, we immediately ensure that our customers can understand these new policies and communicate with them in various ways to explain the meaning of the changes.
Specifically, for organizations that rely on Docker Hub as the Docker mirroring center, the new policy may affect the productivity of enterprise DevOps teams. We also introduced ways to use JFrog Artifactory to help companies control costs.
