1. Annual fee settlement cycle The annual fee for
software services (hereinafter referred to as the "annual fee") takes the natural year (this rule is from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020) as the settlement cycle and is calculated based on the business period in the natural year The status of the payment amount and discount conditions. The business period does not actually consider whether the business is actually operating. It refers to the service period (including the state period of store restriction, supervision, etc.) stipulated in the "Tmall Merchant Service Agreement" during the natural year. It will be calculated from the opening date to December 31, 2020, and if it is terminated before the expiration date, it will end on the date of termination.
2. Annual fee payment
Merchants operating on Tmall must pay an annual fee for software services. The annual fee is based on the first-level category operated by the merchant. It is mainly divided into two levels: RMB 30,000 and 60,000. The annual fee standards for each category are detailed in "Tmall 2020 annual fee software service fee list for various items".
For the annual fee payment involving cross-category operations, all refer to the relatively high category standards for prepayment, that is, the annual fee refers to the highest level of the corresponding annual fee amount in the category selected by the business; if the annual fee amount is increased during the operation process For relatively high categories, the difference will be paid according to the actual settlement result.
Merchants should pay the annual fee in a timely manner. If the annual fee payment is not completed within the time limit, Tmall can perform store supervision on the merchant (that is, normal transactions cannot be performed).
The payment time of the annual fee of the merchant is as follows:
1. The renewal merchant must prepay the annual fee for 2020 in one lump sum before 18:00 on December 26, 2019. If the annual fee standard has not been determined at the time of renewal, the merchant must post the annual fee standard publicity Make a one-time payment of the 2020 annual fee within 60 days;
2. Newly signed merchants will prepay the remaining months in the natural year in a one-off payment within 15 days after the application for admission is approved (the remaining months will be calculated based on the month in which the account is activated, and the activation month Included) annual fee.
3. Annual fee discount
In order to encourage merchants to improve service quality and expand their business scale, Tmall will conditionally give merchants commercial discounts on annual software service fees [except for new cars/used cars and complete vehicles (dealers)]. The discount rate is based on the annual fee. Two gears of 50% and 100%.
The discount grant conditions include the following indicators (need to meet at the same time, hereinafter referred to as the "settlement standard"):
1. During the store's operation in 2020, in terms of the highest sales category of the merchant in 2020, the average value of the basic service assessment score is required to reach the "Tmall 2020 The average value of
basic service assessment scores in the " List of Annual Software Service Fees for Various Items" In the calculation range, the basic service assessment is divided into null values and not included in the calculation range. The basic service assessment scores of the last day of the first month of the first month for newly settled merchants in 2020 are included in the calculation of the average value.
2. Those
who have not been cleared or refunded due to violations of regulations or fraudulent qualifications; 3. No “single deduction of more than or equal to 12 points”

4. Annual fee settlement
