Different windows of the same program: Command + ~ (just to the left of number key 1 or below Esc)

The program closed by Command+w cannot be opened again with Command+Tab (in fact, it is possible, but you have to press one more Alt key). But you can try Command+H, you can use Command+Tab to open it again.
