Application of MOS tube in power window switch

1. Introduction of power window types

With the development of modern technology, power windows have almost become a must-have in automotive applications. The mos tube, the key part of the power window-the switch, occupies a very important position. Power window switches are divided into two types: power type and signal type. The power type is the switch that directly controls the window motor, and the signal type is that the switch first provides a signal to the body control module (BCM) of the car, and then the BCM drives the electric vehicle. window.

The cost of BCM is relatively high. For cost control considerations, power-type power window switches are more detailed and convenient to use. Choosing to use power-type power window switches has become the first choice for automotive applications.

Second, the possible problems in the application of MOS tubes in power windows

The relay of the power window system may have the risk of burning out. During the switching of the relay, there is a back electromotive force between the electric shocks and an electric arc is generated. In order to solve this problem, it is necessary to ensure that when the relay is opened and closed, the potential difference between electric shocks is zero and the voltage is zero. The electric potential difference between electric shocks must be kept constant. The condition is that the relay must work in an open circuit. At this time, an electronic switch can be added to the circuit to achieve the desired effect.

Use the mosfet field effect tube as an electronic switch, and wait for the mos tube to disconnect the circuit before the relay starts to work. At this time, there is no potential difference due to electromagnetic shock.
