微信分账的比例上限在30%,即针对一笔交易订单,平台商户最多只能把交易资金的30%进行分账,
而平台要留存该笔交易订单70%以上的资金,所以对于只需要收取很小比例额度服务费的平台而言,
微信分账并不适用这种的业务场景;
