Step 2: Proficient in CNC programming and computer software application.

The fewer instructions in a block, the better. It is simple, practical and reliable. From the perspective of programming, I think that the instructions are G00 and G01, and the others are auxiliary instructions, which are set for easy programming.

The third step: Skilled operation of CNC machine tools requires 1-2 years of research, and the operation is sensitive to touch. Beginners, especially college students, even though they know what to do in their hearts, they just don’t listen.

Operational practice requires shrewdness! Sometimes there is an artistic conception of "a leisurely heart, but a good point is difficult to talk to you". In the CNC workshop, you should calm down and practice! Generally speaking, the process from the processing of the first part to the qualified machining accuracy requires CNC programming technicians to complete. If you are not proficient in operating the machine tool, you cannot pass this level.

The fourth step: Must have a good tooling and fixture foundation and measurement technology level. The difficulty in analyzing the reasons of the fixture is that it can only be qualitative but difficult to quantify. If you have no experience in fixture design and part clamping, the difficulty will be great. In this regard, it is recommended to consult the technicians who do fine coordinate boring machines. One of the basic skills of mechanical processing to accurately measure the level is to be able to use vernier calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, dial indicators, inner diameter lever gauges, calipers, etc., sometimes for parts processing, three coordinate measuring instruments are not expected.

Step 5: Familiar with CNC machine tools, proficient in the maintenance of CNC machine tools.

Without training for more than three years, the above items may be difficult to meet the requirements, and many companies do not have the conditions to learn. It is recommended to consult the master of the equipment maintenance department, or go to the training school to learn.
