Equipment inspection is divided into 3 parts:

A. First of all, the nameplate information of the equipment, the name of the equipment "xxxx", the model of the equipment "xx-xx", and the company "xxx" of the equipment must be carefully checked to ensure that they are consistent with the inspection authorization.
B. After preparation is complete, the equipment can be filed
C file is established and the equipment enters the test site
function test:
Image quality test, use imagetest to take pictures
System function test:
Remote upgrade, fault diagnosis, fault detection
Picture upload, false positive rate, false negative rate, automatic recovery from disconnection, automatic upload, etc.
Hardware function test:
Solar cell voltage detection, current detection, load voltage detection, current detection
The over-current detection, over-current protection, and over-voltage protection functions of the overall equipment will catch many people.
D: EMC test:
Static test, it’s best to hit +- 12kv directly at the device, this won’t be too big if you pass other problems
E: Mechanical test
High temperature: +85 work normally in the cabinet, transfer a picture every 2 hours, no missing report
Low temperature: -30 Normal work in the cabinet, one picture is transmitted every 2 hours, no missing report
Waterproof: disassemble the shell, there is no water mark inside
