1. Why use Beidou clock synchronization reference?

   由于历史的原因,我国目前的电力行业的时间同步系统的时钟源大都采用米国GPS系统做为主时钟源。 目前,GPS是米国军方控制的军民共用的系统,对全世界开放。我国目前使用的GPS属于免费接收的米国信号。尽管如此,但是米国人并不承诺保证你的使用。这样就带来一个安全问题, 如电力系统以米国的GPS作为主时钟源,这便存在着重大的安全隐患,一旦发生战争等紧急事态,米国关闭或调整GPS信号,将给我们的电力生产带来很大影响。

   如何建立完善的时间同步机制,同时使电力系统时间同步系统不受他国控制,是摆在电力行业面前的一大课题。北斗时钟同步装置就是在这种情况下应运而生的,为了保障我国电力系统的生产、运行安全,北斗双模时钟同步装置同时接收GPS和北斗两个不同卫星系统的标准时间信息,当其中一个系统接收故障或者信号异常时,可以自动切换到另外一个另外一个授时系统,保证上游时间源的稳定接收,由于北斗卫星导航定位系统是由我国自主开发的,相对于GPS系统来说,在安全性上也更有保障。

2.4、所有插件均支持热插拔,该功能的好处是在维护和更换其中部分设备时不需要把整个时钟系统的电源关闭,维护或者更换配件的过程整个系统仍然可以稳定运行。
