The category in GB 18401 is the security level of clothing, which is divided into category A, category B, and category C.
Class A: Infant textile products should meet Class A requirements. According to national regulations, textile products worn or used by infants and young children aged 36 months and under, such as diapers, underwear, bibs, pajamas, gloves, socks, hats, outerwear, bedding, etc., must meet Class A standards. Children's textile products must be marked with the words "baby and toddler products" in the instructions for use.
Class B: Textile products that directly contact the skin should at least meet the Class B standard. This type of textile products refers to products that are in direct contact with human skin when most of the area is worn and used, such as underwear, shirts, T-shirts, skirts, pants, socks, etc.
